Sagijili Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility

To register and use Sagijili, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both conditions. Sagijili may request age and identity verification documentation at any point — failure to provide these promptly may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using Sagijili is legal in your jurisdiction. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sagijili staff are not eligible to hold player accounts.

2 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one Sagijili account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Sagijili will merge or close them at its discretion, and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Never share your Sagijili login credentials with any other person.
• Notify Sagijili immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Sagijili will not be liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your login details.

3 Deposits

All Sagijili deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). You may fund your account using GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Sagijili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — meaning you cannot fund your Sagijili account using a payment method registered to another person. Deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to the registered Sagijili account holder.

• Minimum deposit: ₱200 for most payment methods (some methods may vary).
• Deposits are credited to your Sagijili balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.
• Sagijili does not charge a deposit fee; third-party provider fees, if any, are disclosed before confirmation.
• Sagijili reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that breach these terms.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Sagijili account are processed in Philippine Peso to your registered payment method. For most GCash and Maya withdrawals, processing is completed within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before your first withdrawal, Sagijili may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of your registered payment method. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not specific to your account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 (subject to the specific payment method selected).
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.
• Sagijili may withhold a withdrawal if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on the account.
• Accounts under investigation for fraud or policy breaches may have withdrawals temporarily frozen pending resolution.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Sagijili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all Sagijili bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Sagijili registrations only — one per player, one per household, one per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless stated.
• Sagijili reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given to affected players.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated bonus clearing — will have their accounts reviewed and bonus winnings may be voided.
• Free spins and free bet credits have a maximum associated win that can be converted to real money, stated in the individual offer terms.

6 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet on Sagijili, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet type and market. All bets are placed at your own risk. Sagijili is not responsible for bets placed based on misread odds, incorrect selections, or unintentional inputs.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Sagijili reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — including materially incorrect odds.
• Where a result is disputed or official confirmation is delayed, Sagijili may delay bet settlement until the result is confirmed by the relevant official source.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and are displayed in the betting interface.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are stated in the relevant sport or game rules section of the Sagijili platform.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sagijili sports betting covers PBA basketball, Philippine football leagues, international football competitions, and other sports available on the platform. Sport-specific rules are published within each betting market. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on Sagijili.

• All Sagijili sports bets are settled on official results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, pre-game bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-game bets are settled on the final official result including any overtime periods, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Player proposition bets are settled based on official statistical records for the relevant competition.
• Sagijili does not accept bets placed after an event has started for pre-game markets, unless the live betting market is explicitly open.

8 Casino and Digital Games

Sagijili's casino products — including slots, poker, bingo, and live dealer games — are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment on a live video stream. All games are subject to independent certification of fairness.

• Game rules and paytables are available within each game before play begins.
• Technical malfunctions void all affected game outcomes and stakes are returned.
• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, Sagijili's server records the game state at the moment of disconnection. The outcome will be resolved based on that server record once the session resumes.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply and are stated in individual game rules.
• Sagijili is not responsible for player decisions made based on misreading a game's paytable or rules.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Sagijili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — the following:

• Providing false registration information or identity documents.
• Operating multiple Sagijili accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse across one or multiple accounts.

Where Sagijili closes an account for breach of these terms, any balance related to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violations may be withheld. Funds unrelated to the breach will be returned after a reasonable investigation period.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Sagijili support. Remaining balances will be settled to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

10 Privacy and Data

Sagijili collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to Sagijili's use of your data as described in that policy. Sagijili does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate your account, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform experience.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Sagijili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Sagijili or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Sagijili platform without prior written permission.

The Sagijili name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use in any form — including for promotional, parody, or comparative purposes — is prohibited.

12 Responsible Gaming

Sagijili is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with the tools and information needed to manage their play. The following tools are available to all registered Sagijili players within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic log-outs after a set duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Sagijili platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions outside Sagijili's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses caused by delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

Sagijili's total liability to any player for any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud or gross negligence on Sagijili's part.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Sagijili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via email to their registered address or through an in-platform notification at the time of next login. The effective date of any updated version will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of Sagijili after the effective date of any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updates, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Sagijili shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
